Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

• The generated agreement contains significant errors that we are unable to fix
• The PDF download failed and cannot be recovered
• Technical issues prevented you from accessing your agreement

Non-Refundable

• You changed your mind after generating the agreement
• You provided incorrect information in the form
• You didn't review the preview before payment
• After 7 days from purchase

How to Request

Email support@rentdraft.in with your Order ID and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
